Returning state champion Lisa-Jean Foley was recognized during the home football game vs Wake Forest this past Friday. Foley showed her new hardware at the game in front of an excited Wildcat crowd. She earned her championship ring by winning the 8A Women’s Wrestling Individual State Championship last season (2025-2026) in the 120 lb. weight class. She defeated Hoke County’s Harley Hardin in the state finals match. Foley looks to repeat this feat again in her senior year, chasing a second state title as a senior for the 2026-2027 season.
